problems after surfing online

Are you sufered a lot of problems after surfing online?
I always surf online for more than 6 hours.And after that i always feel swirl and giddy.And that night I can not sleep very well.That will cause headache.But I can not stop to surf online.It is like a drug,I can not without it.
Any one is same as me?tell me ho to do.
