What is the best age for pregnancy?

i had a child at 23, one at 29. one at 31 and one at 32. i think that it totally depends on the person. some 23 year olds arent ready to be a parent. some 32 yr olds arent ready yet either. it totally depends on where the person is at mentally as well as in their life, like..do they have a career if that is what they want or do they have the money to raise a child or did they do everything that they wanted to do before having kids? stuff like that determines whether or not a person is ready. i dont think you can put an exact age. health wise.....the experts say that at 30 yrs old, egg quality decreases and every year after so the recommended age for health reasons would be in the your 20s.
