To be idealistic or realistic when it comes to relationship..

when i was in my teenage years, i tried not to have a bf bec of being an idealistic individual. until i reached 23, that's when i give myself a try to fall in love with, whom the father of my son now. whom i also get separated in less than 2 years of marriage. sad to say, but this is the reality. but no regrets. it's due to myself's being an idealistic one, to have a first and last man in my life. but i failed..

it is nice to be idealistic at first but from experience, i learned that idealistic things are not necessarily the same when it comes to reality. so when it comes to relationship, it is better to deviate at times when we are in different situations. we must learn to adjust to be able to achieve what we want to have in our ideals. i think it is better to be realistic when it comes to relationships and from the reality, we can now move and prepare it to turn out on how we perceive it.
