im wondering if anyone else has little ways of helping them remember how to spell certian words.
mine is (because)
Big
Elephants
Can
Always
Understand
Smaller
Elephants
i find that if i say this at the time of writing it down it helps me get the correct spelling
anyone else have any more???

This brought back some memories! I remember when I was really young (a long, long time ago) and had trouble spelling the word beautiful (I was only about 7) and my big brother taught me this one, just for the beginning cos I knew the rest!
Big
Eggs
Are
Useful
He also taught me this rhyme to remember the order of the colours of the spectrum
Richard (red)
Of (orange)
York (yellow)
Gave (green)
Battle (blue)
In (indigo)
Vain (violet)
Thanks for reminding me that I love my brother! lol xxx
