Is it okay to not get straight A's in school?

As a college student I strive to be the best. I have only gotten below an A in 2 classes. That's it, nothing else for me but A's. When I don't get an A, I am really hard on myself. Is this normal? Do most people strive to be perfect? Am I over doing it?

dudettee!!! get a live! no, it's not ok. i mean, it's ok to try to be better with every day that passes, but like this??? i bet that childhood and teenage passed you by without enjoying them at the full potential.
i had a colegue in highschool just like you say. and i don't say that she was not smart, but she would study all day long. i liked my way better... i'm smart, i have good grades (over the average) but i always make time to do something else. and i think i'm happier than her, who finished 2 colleges. :/
