anyone know of a good mercury detoxifier?

i am getting an amalgam filling taken out and replaced with something other than mercury and i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on a detox that i can take prior to and after the removal. i want to make sure that i get all of the mercury out of my system as soon as possible. any suggestions anyone??
