choose the better or the worse one?

I only go to work three months in my company's international trade department.And i accept its low wage in the first probation period,all because i haven't any work experience before.And now i can't bear that any more,i am search a new better job now,but the better opportunity is always out of my hometown.if so, i should leave my suitable environment and replace by a worse one.so what's my choice? The better one or the worse one?
