why people hurt our feelings why they r insincere?

I don't know why people do this - other than the fact that maybe they have not learned to love themselves. People who have not learned to love themselves do not know how to love others - and will let their loved ones down.
I also think that a lot of people adhere to the adage - Look out for #1 - and so, they only think of themselves, which can lead to disappointment and heartbreak.

But, even if you do love someone else more, you should treat the person with respect - and if you have committed to a relationship, you should not even be looking for someone else. Honesty is something that should always be a part of your life - and a part of every relationship you are in.
There will always be times when you may hurt someone's feelings - but, I think that it is your actions afterwards that show if you are a sincere person or not.
