I guess the best thing that you can do...is stay in your room...think about everything that happen... embrace everything...cry if it will help... feel the pain then let go of it.
Whatever that happen in your childhood...though you can consider as a nightmare... remember...IT IS OVER. It wont do any harm... the scars are there but it is already a scar...it wont hurt you anymore.
You have to move on...and accept the things that you can never change. I know its not easy...but you have to help yourself... or else you will make your whole life miserable.
Prove to everybody esp to yourself that you are strong enough to face whatever battle life is giving you.

I'm sorry to learn that you have had been abused in your childhood. I salute you for being brave enough to bring this out into the open for others to lend comfort to you. Many women choose to suffer in silence after such ordeals.
I pray that time will heal the wounds for you, although I know it is easier said than done. I do hope though that you will not perceive all men to be like those who have abused you, and that you will find someone in life who will truly cherish, love and take care of you. You mustn't let the past haunt you, or deprive you of a deserving future. There are many good-hearted men out there who long for lasting relationships built on love, and if you seek after them and open your hearts to them, it may help you bury the past and have a more positive outlook on life.
By all means, do see a psychiatrist for some counselling if need be, because I believe that will be helpful to you. Surround yourself with good close friends you can depend on, for they can be a source of comfort to you in your journey of recovery.
May God bless you.

I have heard that talking it out with a pyschiatrist , or getting some form of counseling has been able to help PTSD suffers overcome their fears and anxieties. Some have told me that when they have an episode, they will write things down in a journal to get those emotions out, and it has helped them slowly over come what has happened to them.
Here is a site that may be of some help to you: http://www.ptsdalliance.org/home2.html
Sorry to hear that you are going through this. You'll be in my thoughts and prayers.
