Developing a Training Template

I have been asked to develop the above and I have no idea as to how I should go about this. The company I work for will have its current system replaced by another(Pronto). The template should feature how training will be delivered to the rest of the staff in the company.

The best kind of training is where people can get "hands on" after a quick explaination of the role (maybe with a practise session of the job itself). What kind if job/jobs would it be for? I think people who have to sit just listening for hours to someone explaining the job dont learn very much. Think about what the person would need to be able to do in order to do their job well.
