I know what you mean. I saw an imitation the other day and it was really deceiving from afar but when you get to use the product you will notice the difference between the original and the imitation. If you are planning on buying an ipod, I suggest that you buy from an official retailer of apple products.

There are a lot of those here in the Philippines. They look like iPods from afar, but you can tell the difference by checking out the box and sometimes the button of the player. The price also helps in knowing the difference.
