New cast in Season 3

We all know the gang got locked up in Season 3, but not everyone knows the new cast in Season 3. I wouldn't mind appearing in Season 3, even if meant replacing Bellick, haha!
1. A mysterious fisherman wrongfully imprisoned in Sona.
2. The fisherman's beautiful girlfriend.
3. A local drug kingpin (I think this guy dealt with Michael in the end of Season 2 - A good replacement for Abruzzi).
4. A female operative with ties to the government (Sure gonna be pretty).
I read somewhere there's gonna be a new cast - a beautiful woman who's as smart as Scofield. She could be that No. 4.
What do you guys think?

How do you know this? Anyway, I'm looking forward to the new season, just like I do with Lost :) Why does everthing always take this long?
