Of course, this discussion applies only to people who eat vegetables, so vegetable haters are not allowed here.. LOL
Most veggies are healthy and almost all veggies are delicious.
I'd just want to know what's your favorite vegetable??
Mine is chayote. It is a plant which is considered as a fruit but is prepared as a vegetable (a little confusing, but I'd take it as a veggie.. LOL). I love it's taste and it blends very well with pork..
How about you??
Please share what your tastebuds dictate..

Are there any vegetable haters? I hope not. I think every where people eat vegetables. Some eat less vegetables and more non-veg and some eat more veg and less non-veg.
Well, my favourite vegetable is Cauliflower. I prefer when it is cooked with potatoes and garlic and without gravy.
I also like stuffed and fried bitter gourds.

Tomato is my favorite vegetable. It is still very tasteful no matter you cook it or not. And many dishes can't be without it. Besides, it's s very healthy vegetable.

Mine favorite vegetable used to be carrots but I have always loved green beans. Just plain old green beans. I could just dump them in a bowl and heat them up and eat a whole can.
I add them and corn to a lot of things that normally wouldn't have them in it.
I love my vegetables.

I love ampalaya and bean sprouts or commonly known as 'taugi'. I crave them and can't let a week pass without eating them. I even eat them without rice. As to ampalaya, I like eating them either raw or cooked. If its raw, I love it with some calamansi and tomatoes.
