If friendship was a product being sold in the supermarket,I would only pay ten pounds for it, which would be the average price of a new book in the bookstore, as a book is also a friend, but not as reliable and dependable.

Actually, books are more reliable and dependable than people, because they are always the same, no matter what. Just not nearly so interesting or flexible. I do not know what I would pay for friendship, as I have two friends, besides my hubby and other family members, who are absolutely priceless. I have no money to spare, so I guess the price is irrelevant. $15.00 or so for the starter version, but the best, longest, strongest ones should cost a fortune. That is what friendship is worth.

I love books, but friends are a real treasure in life. Thanks for your comments. All the best to you and your dear family.

It's very interesting topic indeed. I've never thought of that. I agree with you that sometimes a good book can replace a friedship. I dare not say how much I would pay for a special friendship because it can be valueless.

$9.95 hahahah! Just kidding, honestly that is a very interesting question. Friendship to me is very valuable and that of a true friend priceless. I don't know if I could put a valid price on such an item. I know it would be quite expensive though!
