What's WRONG with WESTINDIES???

A time was there when West Indies was there on the Top of the Cricketing World. None of the team dared to stand in front of them that time. They produced a lot many number of Best of the batsmen and the bowlers. The current team is also having few of the best players of the world but still the team is not delivering their best. day by day, match by match it's looking that they are going down. In the test series with England, they lost the test match with a record margin. What do you thing why a great team is going down like this? Are they short of good players especially the bowlers? or the players are not mentally strong enough??

I don't think present west indies can be called great by any stretch of imagination. They do some top quality performers but if they fail, then they fail miserably that is what is happening to them and so are not consistent. Their pace battery is not what it used to be like walsh, ambrose, holding whom batsmen gave lot more respect were circumspect. present west indies team lack firepower and don't have good spinning option too apart from gaylw who bowls part time. besides their fielding is also not good. But west indies team is unpredictable if gayle, sarwan and couple of batsman score good runs then who knows they might be able to put enlgnad under pressure.
