Having brought up my family with two dogs, it is my belief that they are more caring and respectful than they would otherwise have been. They have learnt that they have responsibilities to care for these animals, that they need to be fed and walked regularly and also to be loved. These things can be transferred to the way we treat other people too, with care and respect.

One needs to plan the diet from the beginning itself so that one does not gain weight. Once you put on extra weight it is a hard task to get back to your original weight. I personally have stopped consuming any kind of beverages and juices. Have reduced consumption of sugar, started practicing yoga and doing aerobics for getting myself back to my original shape as i have gained some weight over time. I have been into so many diets and I lose some weight but then I stop and gain the pounds back. Right now I am watching what I eat, and eat more fruits and vegetables. I also go walking everyday from Monday to Thursdays and walk 2.5 miles.
