In the newspaper today, I saw that the jackpot for the lotto draw is around 105M pesos! That's about $2M. I started thinking on what I would do, Should I win the jackpot.. With $2M in my bank account, I can get to help my grandparents, pay of some debts, buy my mom a house and maybe give her a small business to run and then I could give my son a huge trust fund from where he can start a good life when he graduates, have a vacation and maybe have a small business to sustain our daily expenses.. If you won the jackpot.. What will you do???

I'll buy a house for my parents, treat them to a vacation, invest, share some to the charities and relatives, buy new car. Whew! Got a lot of things to do there u-huh?. hehehheee. How lucky I will be if i will hit the jackpot. ^_*

You are a very kind hearted person! I would like to do the same for my parents but they got separated when I was three years old. I lived with my mom since then so if I will be winning the lottery, a portion will be going to her definitely

it will be a wise move to keep the money intact. interest earnings alone from amounts this big is more than enough to cover all expenses that we can normally think of. so i will postpone all spending plans for the next year. i will just get a million pesos from out of it so i can start having a good life upon receiving the big amount. the rest shall all be deposited in the bank. the interest earnings i will receive after one year, will normally be more than enough to cover all expenses throughout the year, plus some excess yet which can be used to get a new business going.

I'll invest the money on a business like jollibee or Mcdonald's franchises or invest on a big project like a posh subdivision. The rest I'll put to a mutual fund and/or time deposits. Money goes by so quickly if you put it in your pockets.

That is definitely true! last year, I sold my condo unit and earned a decent amount from it and now ! year later, the money from the condo is almost gone! I don't know where it went and even if I do, I don't know if all the things I bought were all worth my penny!

P.S. Did you know that franchising for McDo or Jollibee now costs over 5M in pesos?! I didn't know fast foods cost that much now a days!

yeah! Franchising such established names as Jollibee and McDo costs millions already. I wish I could win the lottery! :D

if i desire an easy life, i'll depost it in the bank and wait for a year to pass and get my more or less 12% interest earnings for the year. for the duration that the entire amount is in the bank, i will make some plans as to how to invest the interest i will earn for the first year and work on it. by the time that the interest earnings reaches my hands, i know already how to do with it so i can have a good life forever. i know that it will be a good life forever, because the interest earnings alone will see me through each year - in fact, year after year for as long as i live plus my family yet.

If I won the lottery, I did give half to my parents, buy a house, settle all my debts, and then fly to New York to study. I wanted to further my studies, but sadly, economy is bad and I couldn't get another loan. I finished my diploma in Graphic Design in a local college on a government loan, and it turns out I could not get another loan to finish the degree oversea. Studying overseas is extremely expensive, and there is no way my parents can afford it right now, with my younger brother yet to finish his schooling, so unless I won the lottery, I won't be able to continue my studies.

I won't mind getting another friend, so, please do. Don't worry. I am saving money to finish my studies, and I definately will, just a few years later.
