How to join in a paid membership site?

In most of the paid membership site there is a one time fee for entrance of life membership fee or any other name what they charge. But the fact is they almost charge the amount in USD and the payment method is in credit card, debit card, paypal etc. This may be not a problem for US, Europe, of some other developed countries but for the least developed or 3rd wourld countries citizen it is difficult to pay by USU or Credit Card as they face some govt monetary policy regulations. Do anybody have some idea or tips regarding this problem as to overcome the obstacle and join in a paid membership site and make money online?
