Looking for a job

I retired from the Indian Air Force in 2004. Worked as a senior manager in a german MNC in construction industry for almost a year, as Vice President in an American BPO company and did my own BPO business (outbound sales process) for a year. Currently out of job. Looking for a job at senior level in service industry. Could be HR/admin/security related or in BPO industry. Please help.
