I'm a serious person, which doesn't leave room for a lot of trust. I think I would like to improve my social life but then as soon as I start thinking this way, of course, someone proves me right and I just keep to myself again.

Acutally i agree with you!it is difficult to find descent people that you can trust and be true friends with nowadays.But dont be closed to yourself, i am sure you will find and discover the proper people to be with! Even participating in mylot helps share feelings and thoughts..i see like that as well!
