Different comfort rooms for gays and lesbians?

This discussion is not really original. I just read it from the tv and decided that it could make a good discussion here in mylot. Should the homosexuals have separate cr's from the male and female? It's a rather mind boggling question isn't it? what do you think?

Umm No. For one, gays and lesbians don't go walking around with a sign revealing that they're gay. You really can't tell just by looking at someone if they are gay or lesbian. And secondly, that's discrimination. Just like having separate facilities for African American's and Caucasion people. It works both ways and all ways. I can continue with the comparison's if you'd like me too.

it should not be the case. gays should still use the men's comfort room since they are considered as males while the lesbians should still use the women's comfort room since they are still females. but i don't like the idea of both gays and lesbians sharing the same public toilet. public health should still be practised to avoid spread of diseases.

I agree with highflyingxangle. It's discrimination. It's like going back to the Jim Crow laws here in America. We've been rid of those years ago, why create something that's basically the exact same?
