hi mylotians, as we all you, we usually consume a lot of soft drinks, but a recent research has shown that soft drinks not only cause tooth decay but might also cause damage to DNA . for those who doesnt have scientic background, just me provide a little insight to what DNA is . DNA is the hereditary material that is passed on to next generations. so a damage DNA might cause detrimental changes in the next coming generations. So its important to switch to natural juices and also discourage your children from drinking a lot of soft drinks.

Right Gha! I was never really a huge fan of soft drinks. More less now.~lol And you can also noticed that they are quite addictive. I mean, I have a brother who drink it like water.~lol And seems not to get tired of it. And also small children are sometimes left indulging such drink. I think its important to teach children a healthy lifestyle at an early age to avoid bad habits, and promote a longer life. Not all products nowadays are 100% natural. But there are a lot of products much more healthier than soft drinks.(^^,)

I can surly believe that.
I quit drinking colas a long time ago. I have always felt that they were
not a good way to quench the thirst. They only make you more thirsty.
And I had an uncle who worked in one of the plants and he said they had all kinds of stuff in them, he himself did not drink soft drinks. What do they mean by "soft" drinks?
