I dont. I use to have a CD with thunderstorms on it that i would listen to when i couldnt sleep. I sleep alot better when it storms.

I used to go to sleep listening to music... but now I gave up on that because i realized I`m resting better if there`s no noise while I`m sleeping...

I used to. I haven't done that in a long time. I think I should try it again. Maybe it will help me turn off the TV sooner and go to sleep!

What? I listen to music most of the time not just only while going to sleep. But if u r saying that specially while going to sleep then no i dont.
