they're going to want to know why you feel you would be a good candidate for the position, they'll probably ask about your various other jobs and experience, what you think are your best and worst qualities, etc. Companies don't like people who ask too much about what the company has to offer; they want to know what you have to offer to them. let them initiate the topics of benefits, holidays, etc. most interviewers do, because they'll use them as "selling points" for the company. Interviewers pay attention to how you hold yourself, the way you speak, whether you can think on your feet, so they may ask a lot of different things. And don't be afraid to ask questions, it shows that if you don't know, you're willing to take the initiative to ask. Be informative, articulate and upbeat, but not over the top. Pay attention to your interviewer too, it will help you read them better, so you'll be able to tell when they've heard enough information from you about the questions and you'll know when to move on to the next question. And make sure you make a lot of eye contact, if you don't they'll think you have something to hide. Good luck

Don't act as if you are nervous, try to look good, never lie about anything they ask, listen carefully and try not to ask them to repeat what hey said,if they ask about salary say an amount which you know other offices provide(not very high/exaggerated),try not to be shy and blush too much, also dont be too serious give atleast a smile and try to keep a slight smile on your face.

I think one of the hardest questions to answer is, "What is something you could change about yourself?" or something to that effect.
The perfect answer is..."I do too much for people"
That is a great thing but it can also be a bad thing!
