I just amazed my family with this easy recipe that my friend Danielle makes, thought I would share it because it is soooo simple and delicious! It only has two ingredients, cream cheese and marshmellow creme. If you use a large jar of marshmellow creme you will need 2 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese. A small jar will only require one package of cream cheese. Make sure the cream cheese is at room tempature. Whip the ingredients together until smooth. Chill and serve with fruit, I usually serve it with grapes and apple slices. Leftovers are good for up to about a week! If there are leftovers!

I used to make fruit and veggie trays as part of my job. I made my own dip and everyone just loved it. I had Attorneys and Doctors as well as other people ordering my trays on a regular basis. They would even order them for tailgating parties. Mine only had three ingredients and it is so yummy

Use Equal parts of Cool Whip topping and Marshmellow creme. I take the lid off the marshmellow creme and put it in the microwave for just a few seconds to make it easier to mix. Keep a close eye on it as it will expand and get all over the miceowave if you leave it in too long. After you have mixed them well, add XXX sugar. I cant tell you how much as it depends on the brand you use and the desired sweetness. I just add it till it tastes right to me. It is great stuff. I love strawberries dipped in it. YUMMY

Seeing how these 2 ingredients are a favorite of my family I will certainly try it. My Fruit dip I use cream cheese and confectioners sugar, and a bit of sour cream. The marshmallow cream on the other hand makes it sound so light and rich :)) Thanks hon for the suggestion. Berry season is almost in full swing can't wait.

Sounds very good, I have another fruit dip you may like to try, its so easy a 5 year old can do it, lol, any fruit yogurt, personally we prefer strawberry and whip cream, mix together and its simply delicious, dip your fruit in it or eat it all on its own, my 13 year old daughter eats alone and she is always asking me to make that yogurt mousse.
