vegetarian or not? and why?

At the moment I work as a housekeeper. I work for a family of four people, she's a medicine and has het practice at home and the husband works as an independent for big companies, resolving problems between managers and personel. They have two daughters. They are strictly vegetarians. Every day I have to cook for them. What about you? Do you eat meat or not, and why?
