i don't believe much in meeting your love on the internet..how can you fall in love with someone you didn't even see,spend time with..i don't know,internet can bring friedships,but love?love is a heavy word,a personal bound...not a cold thing like the internet

With me being shy I have talked to alot of people on the internet and made alot of friends and a couple girlfriends. While I agree that just talking to someone over the net you might be able to totally fall in love with them, but it can give you a good idea of what kind of person they are and if you wanna take the next next step and meet. I meet the mother of my child on a forum and my best friend just got engaged to someone she meet for the internet and my longtime girlfriend i meet of all place was from her writing to me to comment on my myspace page. some people look down on it but i say it nice to get to know the person a bit then going on a date then picking up somone from a bar you may have only talk to for a couple hours.

I didn't but a friend of mine always finds woman to date from the internet and each one is worse than the one before.

I met my husband online in a chatroom. We lived in the same state about an hour apart from each other. We met in person 4 days after we started chatting and were married a year later!

yeah, my sister, she met her mate over the online chatting.. :), and they are still together up to this time

i did, ten years ago and still together. we were in differant states till i finaly moved to his state. now we are married and have a child :-)

I met my hubby in a chat room. We have married almost 7 years and have to beautiful sons. We got married in Vegas. Met in person on a Friday and got married the next day on Saturday.
