Having worked in restaurants before, I always leave a tip. It may be more or less depending on the quality of the service and the manners of the waiter or waitress. Still, I never stiff a server in a restaurant, since anyone can have a bad day and waitstaff depend on tips to make their living.

Yes, i rispect paople that work, usually i give 10% tip.... Tip is a big idea, i agree with this!

I look for two things for reaching on the decision that weather a tip should be given or not. Firstly, I think weather the service was good enough to be given a tip and if it was than how much it deserves. Secondly, weather or not I am left with the sum of money enough for the tip.
