Where did you stay when you went to california? Did you go to the beach, or what did you do. I am going to be moving back to CA and I'm trying to figure out where I should live. There are so many nice communities there that would be nice to see.

I am from California, born and raised. And let me tell you something, SoCal is the place to be, at least to me. From Santa Barbara County all the way down to San Diego, it's the best place in the world IMO. That would be my advice. I live in Northern California right now and I would much rather be down there.

Years ago I lived in San Diego and the El Cajon area and I loved it! California is one of my favorite places in the states. I have visited often and love it every time I go back.

I have been to California several times as I have been to San Francisco, Daly City and several other cities in that area. I stayed with some friends of my family while I was out there so did not have to worry about expenses. I was able to go to Alcatraz and Fishermans Wharf as well as visit nice shopping areas and eat at nice restaurants. I hear San Jose is pretty nice as well as Oakland.

When I was in Californina it was in the 80's I was in the Navy there. I was stationed at Point Mugu in the City of Oxnard. It was a nice place while I was there, and Yes I did visit the beaches.

I have never been to California, but will sometime definitely go there, for the only purpose of attending Lectures by Anthony Robbins. I have read his books and will attend his seminars and orientation course, for this purpose, I shall come all the way from here, India. It's a good thing to be near Tony Robbins, world acclaimed motivational speaker and great coach for one's life. He is the master of achievement and coaches top ranking athletes like Agassi, and phillipines president. Read his books, 1.Awaken the giant within, 2.Unlimited power, 3.taking giant steps 4.Notes from a friend. I am sure you will feel better adn think more clearly yours friendly Heartwalker

I live in Southern California and would recommend you start researching the communities and look at your budget very carefully. Some communities are more expensive than others for housing. Also, due to the increase in gasoline prices you should try to live as close as possible to your job and or school. If you need additional info you can send me a message. Good Luck.
