A Jimmy Buffett concert is more than just a music show. It's a party. We always go in a group, usually in a bus or a caravan, decorated. We get to the parking lot at 11 in the morning or earlier and start drinking, playing music, dancing, and having fun. It's like the greatest tailgate party of all time. If you survive until the show, the fun continues.
Do you agree?

I've seen him probably about 13 times now. We eventually lost count. World's greatest tailgate party, without a doubt!

I agree, we go every year! This year we are doing it a little more upscale to avoid the crowds of total drunkards...but, we will have the margaritas flowing.
We are seeing him in Mass. on Labor Day weekend, where do you go?
We have been going for 14 years now!

LOL. His most famous song is "Margaritaville." He's kind of country, with a carribean twist. all of his songs are a bunch of fun. "cheesburger in paradise" is a favorite of mine. "Why don't we get drunk and screw" is another good one. "I don't know where I'm gonna go when the volcano blows" is a great tune.
He also did, "the weather is here, I wish you were beautiful" and "if the phone doesn't ring it's me."
