Well, I didn't have a child say this to me but I over heard her say it to her mum. We were in a bookstore and the little girl had grabbed a book. She suddenly looks at her mother and holds it up to her. "Mommy! O-U-T! Read it! O-U-T Read it!" She went on for a moment or two longer and her mum looked at her and said, "Honey, O-U-T spells out." The little girl looks at her mum. "O-U-T spells out? I've been saying out?" The mum just looks at her and nods.
My partner and I laughed a little after hearing it. It was too cute!

Children in stores are really funny. Once, I saw a mom who had 5 kids with her and she was trying her hardest trying to get these two girls to stop talking... or yelling was more like it. I don't remember what they were saying, but it was really funny. Finally the woman said that they shouldn't be so loud because people might get upset. They looked around and one girl said, "Mom, they seem to like us. They're laughing." That poor mom. She just dragged them out, apologizing to everybody.

Whenever I wore rings constantly, a few of the boys that I worked with used to ask me if I was married. This was when I was still in highschool, so I wasn't married, let alone engaged at that time. Whenever I'd tell them no, they'd always say good that way I could marry them! It was beyond cute.
