To sing with a high note it could break your collarbone???

Giovanni Battista Rubini, Italian operatic tenor, is noted for that fact that he sang one high note with such force that he broke his collarbone at La Scala, Milan, in 1831.
is this really true?? ei guys if u have known someone that his collarbone broke for singin high notes pls tell me,, im afraid i sing high notes too ...

this is an uncommon incident. it could be that he sang the high note with such force. this can happen, yes, but rarely. in fact, he is the only one who has been known to have done that. one's good singing voice can cause light tremors which effect a voice which is good to hear. these tremors are known to break glasses. mario lanza, is known to have such a powerful voice. everytime he records, the booth will have to have new glass installed therein and the thickest yet. the glass will surely break if it has been there installed for sometime. there are even times when even newly installed glass gets broken. so far, he is the only one who has this reputation. now, this is no longer happening. glass used at recording booths can always be the tempered ones, if needed.
