Teachig is an honured profession. Now a days the lecturers are well in subject in their deciplane and they are unable to deliver to their students.
At the same time some lecturers are well noted and become so famous to all studnts.
1. why the lecturer is so famous in studetns what are the factors to make him a good lecturer
2. why the lecture is so unpapular among students. What are the factors to make his a bad lecturer

Modesty aside, I can honestly say that I was a popular teacher when I was still teaching. I had a lot of weaknesses. The administration particularly did not like my lack of classroom management but even so, I was always a hit with the kids. I personally think that it's all in the style. In my class I teach the kids to analyze more rather than memorize. I also brought my lectures and discussions down to their level. Whenever I would lecture about something, I always started with a situation that they could relate to, something they like and are familiar with. It also helps to be a lecturer with a sense of humor.
