What can I do for my situation?

My boyfriend and I was the classmate. After graduated from university, he went to Hongkong to continue his study and I came back my hometown to work. We promised that we would love each other forever and do our best to make our future better. But now, I can not contact with him, as the time he is going to graduate from Hongkong. I don't know what can I do. Continue waiting for him or do my best to forget him? Which is the best way for me? The only thing I know is that I 'll be hurted deeply no matter way I choose. Could you give some advice if you like? Thank you.

i think long-distance relationship is a bit of difficult to keep.you said you can't contact with him?for how long?communication is the key to long-distance relationship,and if you even don't know what happened to him,then i guess it's time to think twice about your relationship,i don't believe in promises,action is more powerful,talk to him clearly about your future(you two),and ask him what he is thinking,after that,make your own decision.

Your boyfriend may be busy with his studies. Or he might have lost your contact details. Why did you not contact him all this time?
It is better to contact him on phone or by e-mail or by post or in person and get to know his mind.
You must know from him his mind before you could think of taking any decision about further course of action regarding your life.

do you know his address of residence in hongkong? you can write him and ask him to clarify matters rather than leave you hanging. although there is a possibility that he has found someone else, it is best that you will be sure first as to how to deal with the matter with finality. it would have been much better if you can talk at the phone. however, if he refuses to take your calls, this is the only option which is left for you to take. good luck and i hope that he will contact you soon.
