i'd had a couple..they're cute, and can be entertaining to watch,i'd buy one again. the only negatives i can think of is be careful if you hold them some get scared and bite. the other is if you plan on putting them in your bedroom somewhere,if you buy them a wheel,i'd suggest you take it out before you go to bed. mine used to rattle that all night long,it made noise even when oiled.

I've had two hamsters so far, and they've both been a joy to have. Some of their more obvious positives are their appearance, but there's also something soothing about just taking out your hamster and holding it for a while. They're not very difficult to care for, with few medical needs unless you don't give them the right care. It can be very entertaining to build them cages with all sorts of tubes and tunnels and watch them explore new areas and find a favorite sleeping part. They're also small, and easy to transport if you need to move. Some negatives though, include the occasional bite. My hamster only bit me once, when I surprised her and picked her up too fast. They hang on tight when they bite, though it rarely does a lot of damage. You also must be willing to clean out the cage at least once a week, buy him/her food, toys, bedding, and water bottles whenever one gets too old, which can get expensive. Though it doesn't seem like the hamster would care much, the pricier items really are better for them, with higher quality food and less dusty bedding that won't affect their breathing. They're also escape artists, and you must make sure you have a safe, secure cage that is hamster-proof. My sister's hamster seemed to always find a way to get out, and we always worried what would happen in a house full of cats. The only other negative I can think of is the short lifespan, which is rarely more than two years. My own hamster recently passed away, and it is really a hard experience to get over. However, she was always a joy to have in her short life, and I think the positives overweigh the negatives. With enough responsibility, and a little researching before you buy, anyone can be a good hamster owner.

I have a pair of bear hamster. They are so cute. They looks like a little bear. They love playing and exercising. They can easily multiply their race because it tooks only a week or weeks of pregnancy. we don't need much effort in taking care of them. Just feed them and sometimes you play with them. The bad things with them is that when they know their babies will gonna die they eat it. And sometimes they are aggressive they dont want to be touch.
