Where to get help if you find troubles with your computer?

I have some troubles with my computer sometimes. Usually software troubles. I'll try to take care of it myself at once but if it failed or when I have no idea what to do, I quickly phone my brother for help. If he still can't help (because sometimes software trouble might be caused by hardware trouble) he'll asked me to phone the computer shop. But for hardware trouble, I'll always phone the computer shop and explain them the situation. Where do you go or what do you do if you find trouble with your computer?

I have a little knowledge in fixing problems associated with computer but when I am not able to fix I prefer visiting help contents to fix the problem and also I seek online help ..... they are very useful at times.... give it a try....

They are available 24 hours a day and there are answers to just about every question that one might have about hardware or software. They even provide web tips for resources and information on updates, virus and malware alerts, and things that anyone who uses a computer should know about...
Another good place that I recommend is Expert Village: http://www.expertvillage.com
They provide video demonstrations for solving some computer problems. You'll also find information about stuff from delivering babies to repairing your refrigerator! :)
Both of these resources are free and it just doesn't get any better than that! :)
