By using a blender, pick the fruit of your choice and slice it, then put it in your blender. Add icecubes too. After a minute or two, you'll have your own mango or orange fruitshake! Whatever fruit you want! That's how easy fruitshakes are done!

Coolers are great thirst quenchers for summer! I don't know if you are familiar with them but you can find a lot of stores that sell coolers here in the Philippines. They have brands like Zagu, Orbitz, Quickly and even the fastfood chains now are selling those stuffs like Jollibee, Greenwich among others.
Just in case you're not familiar with it, coolers are more like shakes also which come from various flavors: vanilla, chocolate, cookies and cream. Name it and they have it. Unlike with shakes, they have like jellies included in their drinks. They taste great and will surely cool you up. :)

When I visited Spain, many years ago, I liked to drink "horchata de chufa". It was quite refreshing. ¿Did you drink it when you lived in Portugal?

How about lemonade, iced tea or kool-aid? I love the clamato cocktail with lemon, garlic salt and hot sauce with lots of ice!

I love iced tea in the summer and home made lemonade with real lemons even though I haven't made that in years. But yes, iced tea is great in the summer, very refreshing.

Hiya Joy,,I have been experimenting with drinks lately here at home for us..and i found some great drinks..make lemondae..(which is my favorite) or any koolaid sort of drink and then add 4 cups of ice to a blends and about 2 cups or so of the liquid..and blend it..it makes great icey drinks..especially for this hot weather were havin,,ohh and lets not forget milk shakes..:)
