how to raise a money-smart child??..is this question always in your mind,i mean for the parent.what do you do to raise a money-smart for your children. It's never too early to teach your child to make sound financial decisions. For me,i think you should start a piggy bank for your children to encourage them to put aside a set amount of money every week.Teach them that savings should merely be money that is left over from their allowance. So,parent out there, what do you do to make your children a money-smart child?

My daughter is only 2, but i am thinking about that already. we got her a piggy bank and she loves to play with it with our loose change. but i have gotten some ideas all over on how to teach her right. one thing is the half you half me idea. if she wants something expensive, i would offer to pay half, but she has to raise the other half by herself. she can save some allowance and i would reward her for chores done and so on. do you think its a good idea?

that's a good idea.we should train our children when they are still small,so they can remember and get used to it when they grow up one day.Your idea is very brilliant. Then she will save some of the allowance given by you.
