I do this before, and they join it. but they are not active here and they tell me they could not earn from their post due to poor English, they leave it then. so it is not work , I think. but if your friends can speak good English and want to earn extra money online, you can refer him/her.

I have tried this. It did not work. They all answered to me that their knowledge of the English language or better the lack of it is the reason why they do not wan to participate. Where I live we learn some English in school and people just do not dare to join an English speaking community.
