Stop smoking with the help of NHS drugs

Do you think it is right that smokers will be offered a pill on the NHS to help them stop smoking at a cost of around £2 per day whilst people dying of some types of cancer can only get hold of lifesaving drugs by paying thousands of pounds out of their own pockets? What have the smokers done to deserve such a handout? Please add your views!
