Have you ever noticed sudden changes in your body as you know it?

It seems funny, you and your body are one and you are accustomed to the way that it appears and the way it reacts and suddenly you discover a grey hair or a paunch or spot or a mole or pains that never existed before and at first it worries you to no end and then you realize that you are becoming what you never expected. You are beginning to age and it's not like the changes you used to experience like when you were an adolescent. You know back when you could not wait to get boobs and hips and acne to clear up this is something different. This makes you realize that you are mortal and you are becoming like all the people you used to laugh at when they complained about their knees aching and their back aching. Then suddenly you realize you are aging and the treatment you subjected your body to is taking it's revenge along with father time and mother nature. You know in the back of your mind that it will come one day but today just seems too soon. Suddenly you are becoming your mother/father and you are getting old. It was a shock to me because I felt invincible but the fact remains this is only the beginning there is menopause and arthritis and diabetes and hypertension and all other sorts of things. Have you noticed changes in your body recently? Did these changes in your body cause you to make or to think about making changes in the way you live your life? What changes in your body are you or did you experience and what changes did you make in your life to offset these changes?
