Two nightmares in a row and being very tired.

I already had two nightmares in a row.And really believe me they are pretty upsetting.
The first one i got awake with tears on my cheeks.After woking up i couldn't get a sleep again.If i do i knwo i will fall in the same dream again.
I sometimes have these periods of nightmares for weeks.
Do you ever had nightmares so bad that you really can't sleep anymore or are upsetting you?

Yeah that happens to me some times. I can't go back to sleep either when that happens. I get rattled and it can take me an hour to get over being petrified. Then it can take me another hour more to get back to sleep. It happens probly once a motnh.

It's pretty annoying those dreams.I mostly turn on the lights.Sleeps better than in the dark after a nightmare ^_^
