what makes your day?

Many of us are too busy with the everyday hurdles of life that we sometimes forget to appreciate the little things that makes us happy. As simple as a kiss on the cheeks from my little ones make my day, a flower from my husband makes my day, a deal closed makes my day how bout you, what makes your day?

the simplest things can make my day such as the usual I love you of my boyfriend every morning or the kisses my son gives me all the time..

What makes my day is when I can come home and pop in some really good cd's and listen to some really good music (jazz and others). I listen to people all day, all I want is some nice music....

When my husband calls me in the middle of the day to tell me he misses me and that he loves me. When my children just decide to give me a hug out of the blue. Words of appreciation for doing laundry, cleaning or cooking can also make a good day.

For me, it has to be my 3 yr old nephew. I think it's the innocence that keeps me alive and happy.. It makes me feel comforted knowing that there's nothing he could do to hurt or make me sad. Whenever I have a bad day, or just a normal day for that matter, he never fails to make me smile. It's not a particular thing that he does, but just being in his presence and seeing him play is good enough for me. =)
