Anyone here has a list of scam sites in ur blog?

I remember I have seen somewhare that a blog contains a list of of scam sites and that I liked very much. But I am not getting that again I also forgot the name of that site. May be many of your blog/site has some advice on it. I would be happy to know then I can sign up properly.

I have a security in my comp that can check it but that one is so conservative, stop so many sites thinking spam on my PC...
