How to raise new-born kittens?

Yesterday i found two kittens thrown into some bushes in front of my yard. In fact there were three of them but one had already died :(.
I guess they're two or three days old, I guess I'll find out their exact age when they'll open their eyes, at 10 days.
The problem is that I don't really know how to raise them. I mean, we are already feeding them with a dropper, but I am sure they need much more than that as their immune system is very weak as long as they aren't fed by their mother.
So, guys, if any of you know what I should do, please let me know and I will definitely appreciate it.
Thanks in advance!

You need to go to the petstore and get kitten formula, keep them warm, and wipe their behinds with a warm wet washcloth to stimulate defecation. (the mother would usually do this)

Are there any kitten formulas for mew-borns? As I said, they are only 2 or 3 days old so I don't really know if anything like this exists. Anyway, I am planning to go to the vet tomorrow and ask him if I should give them anything more in that milk (vitamins, calcium, etc). I didn't know about defecation, though. I guess I'll do that from now on.
Thanks a lot for the precious advice!
hugs!

Bless your precious heart, and curse the rotten people that did that.
You might want to call the shelter or a vet. They will advise you the most. Meanwhile, keep them wrapped in something soft, and put a hot water bottle under the blanket to keep them warm, not hot. Use the eye dropper and hold them a lot. They will bond with humans and be very loving. Good luck and God bless you and them.

Oh sweetie, I did not know. But, lay your hands on them and pray. God can do anything. Good luck with them, and they truly are blessed little kitties to have you take care of them. God bless you honey.

Thank you for your blessings and kind words.
I would definitely call a shelter....if there was any.... You see, Romania is a country in full development right now and it may be really hard for you to understand this but, we are not that advanced.
My dad went to the vet today and asked for a sucking bottle, but he found one for puppies. We eventually managed to get them used to it although it's a little too big and tough for them.
Well I hope everything will turn out to be ok. Anyway, I think they've already "adopted" me to be their mother, LOL.
Thanks again!
Hugs!

yes, there is a special kitten formula you can feed them,it comes in a can, and they need to be fed every two hours, until they can eat wet food. It is a pain in the tail, but it is rewarding, in a personal way, and it won't take long until they are weened completely!
