I'm growing out a perm, and I hate the frizzies. Will you please share your secrets.

I used to do this sometimes when I was a teen. However, right now my hair is pretty short for this procedure. Thanks for answering.

I use Avon's Dry End Serum before I blow dry. It smooths my hair and makes it really really soft. And tangles less, too. Aloha!

John Frieda hair products work for me. I use a Frizz spray that helps keep it more controlled in the morning before I leave, so when it dries it doesn't look frizzed out. I have a body wave so I buy all that product. I think you can find it in your local grocery store, or Walgreens if you have one of those out where you live.....

We have a nearby grocery store, so I'll be sure and look. I also know where a Walgreens is if I drive clear into Des Moines. Thanks for recommending these products.

I either use Hair toys (repair and shine),Bio silk treatment, or chi.. it all depends on if my cousin goes to the beauty supply store and what is on sale

I use Infusium (leave in spray). It has worked greta for me and I have been using it since I was a teenager (about 10 years). Try it out, I think you will like it.

Thanks for the suggestion. I am getting so sick of every day being a bad hair day that I'm willing to try most anything.

I have naturally curly hair (crazy curly!). To keep frizz in check, I apply a dallop of Zero Frizz frizz serum when my hair is wet and then a dallop of Frizz Ease Wind Down Cream befor estyling. The combination works great without leaving my hair crunchy or greasy.

Have you tried Hot oil treatements, or using special leave on conditioners in your hair, and see if that helped you any? I know I have problems too at times with the frizzies, and a lot of it is from the dampness in the air.

Frizz ease adn this stuff from fruitis it's more of a shine serum but it will slick your hair down. Oh yeah and that Infusium 23 works great too.

ONce a week, try warming up some cooking oil, and combing it through your hair before you wash it. Try Therasilk smoothing conditioner.

If you look in the hair dye section, there is this hair straightner. You work it in like hair dye, and rinse it out in 20 mminutes. It lasts for 3 months. Also a skinny flat iron can help if you want to get it even straighter.

I never realized that there was a straightener that worked that fast. The last time I used one was back in the '60s, and it took all morning. Thanks for the info.

There are lots and lots of stuff that they sell in the store for that. Different ones work different on people. So just pick and try a brand. There are so many to choose from.
