Which earns more attention...general discussions or specific topics???

General discussions Vs Specific descussions - which would you choose?

hey people, here on mylot..you have the option of either starting a general discussion or starting a discussion within a specific group..which do you feel is much more of a money-earner?the specific topic discussions or general discussions???

They earn the same. One may get more attention depending on the topic or category or day its posted, etc. but they all earn the same.

it really depends upon how interesting the topic is for the mylotians. there are some very specific topics like wearing a ring or a watch which had raked in hundreds of responses. everyone can easily relate to these. there are also issues like wars which get by the hundreds of responses. i have found that it is the way that a discussion is presented that matters most. if the way a discussion is presented appeals to the many who has come across it, it will surely generate one response after another.
