Anyone know how to paint a themed room?

I finally have my own computer room. So I want to paint it with a sunny outdoor theme. I want to be able to walk into my office, where I work, study and play online, and feel relaxed. I would like picket fence, sun, birds, clouds, flowers, trees, bushes, maybe a dog or cat. You know? I looked online for some picket fence stencils, and hello! they are $109.00!! I think not. So anyone have any tips on where I can find cheap stencils, or how to draw this stuff? I suck at drawing so I guess drawing is out of the question. But I really want to do this, I have my sky color painted on the wall, so now I just have to find the rest of the stuff. Hopefully I will be able to do this this weekend. Anyway, Thanks for any help!
