iVillage?

Pregancy and parenting clubs, The local boards and Consumer Reviews. That one is one of my favorites because I can post about almost any product and see what other people think before I buy or see if I am the only one that has a problem with it.

I started off on ivillage at the parenting message boards. There are tons of them and when my child aged I was supposed to move to another board. I thought that was kind of silly, to lose friends you made on that board so I stopped going to the parenting boards. I have mainly been on the writing message boards and the fibromyalgia message board. I have learned a lot on the writing boards. My writing has improved immensely since joining that group. On the fibro board I feel I have been able to help others, and made some friends along the way.

I just visit the playgroup boards for my kids (june 2000, october 2001, november 2002 and april 2006). The last one I have been on since I first found out I was pregnant in 2005.

I came to Ivillage back in 2000 when i was looking for some friends to help me with the loss of my mother. I found the grieving board, and from that I found alot of other boards that struck my interest. Now I've been a member for over 7 years and have made a lot of friends.
