the world around us changes quickly today. you may find so many differences when you come back to your high school or someplace else you haven't gone for some time. you may find the clothes you bought just several minutes ago do not look good any more and you regret for buying it. although there are so many changes, something unchanged still exist. for example, your hobbies, your favorate sports and foods. these are the personal stability zones . but ,do you think personal stability zones hinder individuals from adapting to the rapid change in the society? and whether it's needed or not? explain your idea? your idea will be appreciated and welcome here!

all of us have these stability zones that you have indicated. i don't see any reason why hobbies, favorite sports, likes and dislikes, food choices and the like can hinder anyone from adapting to the fast changing world and the society around us. i am still clinging to my stability zones and the reason why i am no longer coping well with the changes is more of my health condition than this one. recently, i have been feeling a lot more sickly, sight failing, and strength down so much. before this has set in, i found no trouble coping with the changes around me at all. since this condition i am having is temporary, most women go through menopausal troubles, i am hoping that i will still be back on track after some more months.
